| The attached checklist is designed to help employers
review their practices against the Guide. This is not a test. We
think it highly unlikely that any employer will fully comply with
every statement in the Guide. But we hope it will help you determine
if there are areas in which you feel you should do more. You may
also find it interesting to ask some or all of your employees to
make their own evaluations.
We suggest that you mark your 'score' on the scale shown of 0 to
4, where 0 means 'never' and 4 means 'always'. If there is sufficient
interest, the Employers’ Federation would be delighted to
receive completed checklists and, from time to time, summarise and
publish the results so that employers may benchmark their practices
against Hong Kong norms.
